Welcome to the page dedicated to keeping junior Reserve JAGC officers apprised of career enhancement information. The idea for a separate page addressing junior officer concerns grew out of a discussion held at the Minneapolis MLUW wherein a need for basic Reserve and JAGC career information was identified.

Another goal of this page is to provide a forum for raising issues of particular relevance to the junior officer community. If you have a question about the Reserve, or want to raise an issue for discussion, send an e-mail to this page's sponsor, LCDR Mary McCormick, Assistant Webmaster, at: mccormick2@usa.net Suggestions for improving this page are welcomed.

A special thanks to CAPT Helen Sundgren, out-going REDCOM EIGHT SJA, for making this guide available and for providing other valuable information to be incorporated into this page.
