Lunch/ Conference Fee/ Padres Game

1. Onsite Conference Lunch (Saturday Only -$20.00 per person) – RESPONSE DUE NLT 5 MAY: (optional) : ____Yes ____ No
Note: Due to limited requests last year there will be no onsite Sunday lunch. Saturday Lunch is only one hour, so the onsite lunch is encouraged. Conference coordinator must guarantee a minimum of 60 lunches. Your response is required no later than 5 May 2008 to reserve the Saturday lunch. If a minimum of 60 is not met, lunch will be cancelled.

2. An optional $20.00 conference fee is due at registration check in for continental breakfast and refreshments throughout the weekend.
