SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR BERTHING

This year the majority of conference attendees will be staying at the BOQ on Naval Air Station North Island. Due to a severe shortage of rooms, the NAB Coronado BOQ will be available to NJS staff and Captains (0-6s) only on a first come first served basis. Members requiring berthing will make their own reservations using the following website www.dodlodging.net

Instructions:

1. Access the www.dodlodging.net website on your internet browser.
2. Go to “Navy Search by base”. Scroll until you find “NAS North Island Coronado” (this is NASNI) or “NAB North Island” (this is NAB) and click.
3. Click on “Reservations”.
4. For NASNI enter 31300201435 in the group reference number box. For NAB enter 30430102687 in the group reference number box.
5. Follow prompts for choosing reservation dates and creating an account (user ID and password). You will need a credit card.

At NASNI attendees should book the $33.00 rooms only. At NAB attendees should only book the $25.00 rooms only. VIP suites will be distributed by the Law Program Manager via the conference coordinator immediately prior to the conference.

For those attending under AT orders, please note that SATO (via your NOSC and NROWS) will automatically reserve berthing for you in the SD area. Feel free to use dodlodging.net and reserve at NASNI, however please remember to cancel your NROWS/SATO berthing once NASNI is secured.
